Refunds & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations on in stock items. You may request a cancellation via e-mail within 4 hours of purchase for a full refund. If you wish to return an item, just contact me within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Items will receive a store credit for any items returned after 14 days and may incur a restocking fee.
All returned items must be shipped back to me within 14 days of delivery.
PLEASE NOTE that all custom items and other special-order items are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE.
